Logic Pro X -> set dial to certain BUS

Hey there,

I have a Logic-Pro-Template where my Mix-Bus is always on BUS 32.
Now i'd like to set the monogram dial (not the fader) to the volume of this Bus 32. So I can turn the volume up and down any time I want in the process for this certain mix.

Can anyone help me with this?
So far I could not figure it out myself.
