Shift (modifier key) functionality

The ability to assign a buton on CC to be a type of shift or modifier key would at least double the number of functions assignable on CC. This could be limited to just being one of the two core keys. Next page is all you require on the core given that it loop cycles through pages and more that 4 pages is pretty rare and cumbersome
