Dial Step Adjustment

In Premiere Pro, how do I make the dial adjust the Lumetri color correction sliders 0.1 instead of 1.0? When you pull any correction slider with a mouse it adjusts them all by .1 as the step amount, but I can't get the dial to do this, even if I manually type in .1 the step amount under "Customize." For some reason, Exposure is the only one that has the dial work correctly by default. I don't get how this isn't a common issue people are having...
