Lightroom Classic ERROR failed to open localhost:50110

Tried the existing hosts file fix. Still does not correct the issue. I also have uninstalled, removed the extensions from the LRC plugins folder and reinstalled.

  A year later and still no answer? I have this issue too on my Monogram Board.
