[Improvement] Dial Acceleration [Creator]

An "acceleration" option would be great for dials and the Orbiter wheel, so that if you turn it slowly it makes small, precise adjustments, but give it a swift turn and it makes a larger (non-linear) jump.

  It would be especially useful for jog wheel scenarios - I often find I need to use a separate dial for small or large movements in time.
