[Improvement] Show as HID Device [Joystick]

So far in any "gamepad" software, I haven't been able to make Monogram show up as a device (except on Gamepad Tester).

I have two use cases.

- It would be fun to use Monogram as a controller with apps like https://openemu.org

- Outside of supported apps I've found limited use for the Orbiter tilt, (I'd love if this could be made more versatile with Keyboard or MacOS mode). I noticed there are apps out there that let you map your game controllers to scrolling or even your mouse pointer, but none I've tried so far recognise Monogram as a device.
