Monogram Creator software update to v4.1.12 failing

Whenever I open the creator app I am being prompted to upgrade its software from 4.1.9 to 4.1.12. I am able to follow the installer prompts up to the section titled 'Ready to Install Updates' at which point it states 'Could not retrieve update text' for Monogram, Lightroom and the other Adobe programs.
I'm running a new Mac Mini with OS 11.5.1.

Hi Ian, sorry for the frustration here.
Two things to check:
1. At the first step of the update, make sure you've selected "Update Components" rather than "Add/Remove Components". There was an earlier installer bug that caused the latter to be selected by default. After completing the latest update, this won't be an issue moving forward, but it may still be something to check for when updating from 4.1.11 or earlier, which is the case with your install.

2. I can reproduce the issue where the installer says "Could not retrieve update text" but can still press the Next button at the bottom-right to proceed. The message there refers to a lack of metadata describing the update, but the update should still proceed and complete successfully. Let me know if this is not the case, of course.
