Absolutely. While there isn't an API hook for it, you can pan with Orbiter by emulating a scroll wheel. Give this a try:

    1. Go to Capture One > Preferences and uncheck "Zoom with Scroll Wheel" — this means that C1 will pan the photo in response to scroll actions. See 1st screenshot below.
    2. Go to Monogram Creator and assign your Orbiter to Presets > macOS Mode > Scroll. See 2nd screenshot below.

One note: this will require you to have your mouse cursor hovering somewhere on/around the image. If your cursor moves over to the tool tabs or browser panel, it will likely scroll or adjust sliders (depending on settings) there

Thanks Andy for the detailed information. That is what I was looking for, but the turn function is now coupled to the tilt function. I am using the turn function for adjustments with speed edit keys. Is there a way to use tilt for scrolling and turn for something else?

Yes! There is definitely a limitation in the Creator UI right now that makes it seem like this is not possible, but it should be. For what it's worth, that limitation will be addressed reasonably soon.

Once you've assigned the Orbiter as per my instructions above, go to Customize > Turn > Keyboard Mode and assign the Up and Down arrow keys to the right and left turn actions of the Orbiter's ring, respectively.

Finally, you'll want to add a custom name (at the bottom left of the Orbiter settings window) as the auto-generated one can get quite ugly when mixing assignment types like this. Maybe something like Speed Edit + Pan makes sense?
