Sequential Macros
CompletedAny reason that the GUI or hardware can't send a sequence of keystrokes? I'd love to be able to configure some buttons to send frequently entered items into spreadsheets or quickbooks. Currently our only options seem to be simultaneous sets of keys, but don't see why the UI couldn't be reconfigured to send a string of characters with enough delay for the system to recognize all of them.
For instance, say you wanted to log or rename clips, or frequently follow the same shortcuts in the same order, I imagine Mac users would have to create something in automator and then tag it to a unique shortcut CC triggers. Anyone using their cc on different machines would likely have to manage setting everything up again, where monogram could have otherwise just followed that user's cc with them via profiles, manually saved at worst.
Currently, one could create a programmable mechanical macropad and get in the weeds of programming it to achieve this, but it seems unnecessary if a cc is already on the desk and it is just a feature not yet implemented in the GUI.

This is absolutely possible. Here's how:
- Select a key inside your Creator profile, then choose "Customize" from the left-hand side of the key settings window.
- Assign your first function. If assigning a keyboard shortcut, make sure to check off the "virtual" (soon to be titled "software emulation") option.
- Select the + sign underneath Press on the left-hand side. Clicking this will allow you assign a second step.
- Assign your second function; repeat steps 2 through 4 as desired for multiple macro steps.
Here's an illustration of what this looks like in practice. I used Photoshop-specific functionality, but this works with basically any app integration or virtualized keyboard shortcut:
Comment actions - Select a key inside your Creator profile, then choose "Customize" from the left-hand side of the key settings window.
