    Hey Fabian, thanks for reaching out about this. 

    I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your workflow, but we are here to help get this resolved for you. 
     
    To start, if you have not done so already, please reinstall the Photoshop plugin.
     
    -Select the plug icon at the bottom of your Photoshop Profile. Choose option 3: Re-install Adobe Extension
    -Restart Photoshop and see if it helps.
    *Note: It will prompt you for a password. Please enter your password and don’t skip past it. 
     
    If this does not help resolve the issue, please follow up with us at support@monogramcc.com with the responses to the following questions. 
    • What OS are you currently on, Mac or Windows and their versions?
    • What version of PaletteApp are you running?

                            Go to Help > Palette Updates

    • What version of Photoshop are you running?

                        macOS: Choose Photoshop > About Photoshop

                        Windows: Choose Help > About Photoshop
