    Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear of the issue in connecting to Premiere Pro - please try the following to restore connection:

    1. Navigate to the folder where you installed PaletteApp.
      • On Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Palette 2\PaletteApp\setup\nativeplugin
    2. Copy 'Palette Plugin (V2).bundleand move it into the following folder:
      C:/Program Files/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/ControlSurface
    3. Restart PaletteApp and Premiere Pro CC
    4. Go to Preferences > Control Surface and select "Add". You should see "Palette Plugin (V2)" now in the dropdown.

Please let me know if you run into any further issues and I'll be happy to help!

Thank you, although I didn't need to follow through on your instructions because I figured it out! I have more than one version of Premiere installed, and the Palette installer put the .acsrf file in the plugin folder of the version I don't use. Once I found it in the other version of Premiere and copied it over to the correct one, POOF! The option was there and I was able to successfully get Palette going.

Thanks for the quick response, and hopefully this helps someone in the future!
