Sketch App Profiles
I created a number of profiles I'm using with Sketch for Mac.
I have 4 profiles I'm trying out and switching through.
Together these profiles are intended to be used for object and layer control from a move, size, align, and arrangement perspective. e.g. Select a layer, move it around with dials, size it with dials, align multiple objects, and adjust your layer order.
It includes some macros for aligning horizontally and vertically, as well as to the top left point.
You can see a preview of my setup in use in this video.
Download all profiles here:

Notes:
You'll need to create some hotkeys or adjust some hotkeys within your MacOS keyboard shortcuts panel in order for this to work properly.
You can find my keyboard shortcut setup for Sketch below.

This is awesome work, Mark—thank you for sharing everything!
For anyone not familiar with using macOS System Preferences to add or redefine keyboard shortcuts, here's a great primer: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/mac-help/create-keyboard-shortcuts-for-apps-mchlp2271/mac
