    Hi Osvaldo, this can happen if PaletteApp and Photoshop are both open while one of the two apps are updating.

    Generally, a simple re-install of the Palette Extension will fix this. Please see this article, under the subheading Manual Connection > Adobe Extension.

    If this does not work, please send an issue report via PaletteApp by going to Help > Customer Support. This will share some details of your install that will help us troubleshoot.
