Automatic profile switching issue
AnsweredHi,
I'm having a bit on an issue when I switch from Premiere Pro to the Finder. The core screen seems to show that the firmware is stuck with Premiere Pro, or whatever Creative Cloud app I'm working on at that time. Everything works just fine between Adobe CC apps, the core switches back and fourth.
Is that a common issue, since last update maybe ? How can I fix this ? I have uninstalled Palette App and reinstalled it a couple of times already.
Thanks a lot for your time!

Cédric, thanks for reporting this. Since I haven't seen other reports, I don't have an immediate fix but would like to better understand what's happening; I tried to replicate the same thing on my system without any luck.
Does it not switch at all for you, or is the switch delayed? Does the same problem happen when switching to other non-Adobe CC apps besides the finder?

Hello Andy,
Thanks for your reply! Indeed, it does not switch at all when going back to finder. And with non-Adobe CC apps, same thing happens unfortunately.
When I turn my computer on, it automatically opens last used profile : for instance, if I was working with After Effects before turning off my mac, AE profile will show on boot up. And I have to go to the app, to manually select my Finder profile.
Also, I tried to delete this profile and create a new one, but nothing changes.

Hello again,
Problem solved! I should have payed more attention to the profile itself, it was called "Playback", not "Finder" and the reason why this happened it now pretty obvious. So, sorry for annoying you with something I should have seen earlier. Everything is fine now.
Thanks again for your time!
Cédric
