PALETTE B39
AnsweredHi there,
My Palette is not working.
It stars of with a display that says Palette B39 then a logo with "made in china" text than disappear.
What is wrong with it?

I'm assuming that your kit isn't detected in PaletteApp?
First, make sure your core is connected directly to a USB port (ie not through a hub, keyboard, monitor, etc.), and then follow the troubleshooting process I outlined here: https://palette.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360035925751In the event your kit still isn't detected, select "Submit a Request" at the top right and we'll be in touch ASAP.
PS: B39 refers to your firmware version; no concerns there.
