    I'm assuming that your kit isn't detected in PaletteApp?

    First, make sure your core is connected directly to a USB port (ie not through a hub, keyboard, monitor, etc.), and then follow the troubleshooting process I outlined here: https://palette.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360035925751

    In the event your kit still isn't detected, select "Submit a Request" at the top right and we'll be in touch ASAP.

    PS: B39 refers to your firmware version; no concerns there.
