    Hi Phil, we saw this happen occasionally with an older version of PaletteApp but as of 2.5.2 (the current public stable release), completing a screen update should clear the white square. NB: Due to a temporary technical limitation, it will be the Palette logo rather than the C1 logo displayed when using the latest C1 11+ integration.

    In regards to On1, development there is dependent on an API that our software can talk to—similar to what exists for Adobe Lightroom Classic and our other integrations.

    The best first steps are to share a feature request with On1, and to add your vote and voice to this thread.

    Why on1 and not Capture One ? Error ?

    Well I don’t think you have looked at onone as this has more potential and tools than capture one and statistically it is more popular as a photographers tool I have been a user for some years and it’s the best for me, having said that each to his own

    Your question about capture one and Andy answer is partly about On1 or my question.
    Personally I use Capture One that I prefer to Lightroom, but I never use on1 is it well ?
