start command through serial communication

I'm trying to make a java program connecting Palette Gear through serial communication for the purpose that I want to control humanoid robots by Palette Gear. However, I have no idea of communication form with Palette Gear.

By some trying, I could receive such data from Palette Gear as ["in":[{"i":3,"v"... after PaletteApp connects Palette Gear once. I want to know what data PaletteApp sends to Palette Gear in that first connect. Would you let me know the start command?
