    Forgive me if this is redundant, but have you unlocked the preferences window? If not, you'll have to click the lock at the bottom left and provide your password before you can edit accessibility preferences.

    Here's a relevant help article from Apple if the above doesn't help.

    PS: Make sure to enable "System Events" if an entry exists—this can display separately from the entries marked as PaletteApp.
