Cannot download application
I've just bought a palette kit, and I am trying to run the installer. It gets to the part where it downloads the 7zip files, and I am getting appalling download speeds. I have a 225mbit internet connection and I am getting download speeds of 15kb per second and it is take well over an hour to download what is apparently a 48mb file !
However, it is stalling midway through downloading, I have attempted to download this about three times now, and on more than one Mac (OSX Mojave).
It's extremely frustrating. Can you please email the file ? It's not my connection - I've just tested it.

Hi Michael, I've confirmed that AWS—where our installer files are served from—is reporting full service. I was also able to complete an install of PaletteApp Beta in under a minute on a slower connection than yours.
In light of this, I highly suspect that your system and/or network are blocking .7z files as a security measure. This would explain why your network is working fine otherwise. This also likely explains why PaletteApp is crashing upon launch—it's likely missing vital components.
I'd recommend disabling your firewall and using another network if possible to install. I'll also be reaching out privately to provide you with an alternate install method in case you're not able to get it working.
