    Would need a bit more details :) OS? Are you using front panel USB or BAck Panel? How many modules have you? BTW I'm not with palette but I can try helping :) 

    Make sure you have palette connected to the back of the comp and not front panel. The rest is a bit OS dependent.

    "premiere pro is disconected" I have win 10 pro 64 bit. I  un/reinstaled palette app2 3,4 times and my problem is the same. i have 4 modules. i tried front and back panel .

    do you see the PALETTE extension in premiere? Is it checked?

    Also is it working elsewhere? Like even adjusting the sound volume on your system?

    Bummer. That's all I can think of. Other than a clean install, again o.0 Make sure you shutdown your comp after the cleanup uninstall before doing another install. And just one last thing, I know this is pretty much a given but did you create a Premiere profile?

    It sounds like the Plugin is installed and enabled, but the Extension may not be. Premiere Pro is different from other Adobe integrations in that it relies on both, depending on the function.

    Please try closing ALL Adobe apps and following the steps under Manual Connection > Adobe Extension found here.
