MIDI channel assignment

I'm using Palette to control RME's TotalMixFX. This leads me to the following feature request:

- The ability to assign MIDI channel on a per-button/slider basis

 

I suspect this is a fairly small change to implement, and in the case of TotalMixFX is the

only way to be able to control inputs as well as outputs, as these are spread over multiple

MIDI channels.

  I agree this is a worthwhile feature request. Currently we control the MIDI channel on the core module, and it encompasses the entire palette setup. However it would be far more useful to be able to dictate per module which channel it broadcasts over. Also for the MIDI channel list I suggest adding an "All channels" options as well as the 1 through 16.

  This would be VERY useful! for a lot of midi applications. Midi routing is not hard to implement
