Click on Dial and the initial position in Lightroom
CompletedHello,
for the white balance, but also other settings, it is easier to use the Dial with Lightroom than Slider because the Slider start from the value on Palette and then synchronize that with Lightroom instead the Dial start directly to change the setting on the software independently where the Dial is located.
This my question:
Is it possible to set Dial so that the click brings the cursor back to the initial position in Lightroom?
For example, when I double click on the WB bar in Lightroom.

Hi Gianluca, this should be the case already, provided that you're using the dedicated WB Temp and WB Tint functions on your Palette Gear dials. Pressing the dial will re-adjust the WB settings to what they were upon import to Lightroom.
If you're using the Adjust any Slider or Adjust Basic Panel Slider functions, try re-assigning the dial press to Cmd/Ctrl+Z. This should provide the same functionality. To do this, simply select the dial in PaletteApp, choose "Keyboard Mode" from the left sidebar, and then re-assign the dial press action from Tab or Comma to Cmd+Z (Mac) or Ctrl+Z (Windows).Comment actions -
Hi Gianluca, I understand what you mean.
Since you're using the dedicated WB Temp control, the dial behaviour is pre-configured to reset your white balance slider when it's pressed.
Your Palette Gear should be behaving exactly as you asked about in the initial message and as shown in this screencap. If that's not the case, please select "Submit a Request" at the top right, or go to Help > Customer support in the app.
