[Feature] History Aggregation across all Adobe CC apps [SW]
When I rotate the dial in After Effects or Audition (maybe others as well), every tiny little incremental change is added to my history as an individual action, so if I, say, rotate the dial a quarter turn, and then change my mind, I have to do something like 30+ undos to get back to where I was. It would be great to be able to aggregate an entire "move" on the dial into one "action" in terms of history/undo ability.

Bumping this after 3 years of inactivity. This is the one issue that has me on the cusp of returning my new Monogram Studio Console. Most parameter changes in Premiere Pro and After Effects are registered in increments of single units as Lucas explained. It would make the console much more functional if each dial turn were registered as a single action rather than each increment being recorded as a separate action in the application's history (which makes it incredibly cumbersome to undo). Can we get an update on this request? Thanks!

Bumping this again, running into the same issue.
If this isn't supported super well by Adobe APIs then maybe Monogram could store a history of actions and simulate 'undo' by 'redoing' the inverse of every action connected with a particular input over a designated range of time.
I imagine though that it's possible to record the value of a parameter before changes are made and revert to that value, which would be simpler. Maybe this could be assigned as an option when pressing a dial.

This is a great idea and I'd love for this thread to get a bit of attention from the Monogram folks.
This is a huge problem for me, and I've been discussing off and on for almost a year with Monogram. The last I heard is that they're waiting for Adobe to replace ExtendScript with UXP in Premiere. They've done this with Photoshop, and history aggregation works there. But they haven't made the change in Premiere. Monogram said they would touch base with Adobe about the transition, but as far as I can tell, they don't have any news.
They also said they would look into whether the situation is different for the Control Surface API, and if it were, Monogram could add undo groups for Lumetri Color (but not things like volume, nudge, scale, rotation). But this was in June and when I followed up there was no news.
Anyway, Monogram? Shipping & Sales? Any thoughts about this, or a possible workaround like Sawyer Broadley is describing?

This request is now more than 5 years old and it seams that this still hasn't been resolved at least in Lightroom Classic. Monogram Support any update on this at all on this issue?
