Mac fails to boot when Monogram connected

I seem to be having loads of USB issues when monogram is connected.

Sometimes my machine won't boot up - I can't see the display, other times the keyboard is inactive and it thinks there is no keyboard.

I have now taken Monogram out of the USB hub and have it connected directly to the mac, but it still causes the same issues above. 

All is returned to normal once Monogram is disconnected from my USB on the back of my computer.
