In some situations, these files may not be removed automatically when you uninstall Monogram Creator. You can remove them manually.
macOS
- Go to Finder, press Shift+Command+G, then go to ~/Library/Application Support/Monogram/ and delete all of its contents. (This directory contains Profiles and general storage):
- Go to ~/Library/Preferences/ to find and delete com.monogramcc.Creator.plist (This file contains some application data. The preferences file may have a different name if you installed Monogram Creator Beta or Alpha.)
- Restart your Mac
For advanced users, you can run `killall -9 cfprefsd` to restart the preference daemon in lieu of restarting.
Windows
Profiles and general storage (delete this entire folder): %localappdata%\Monogram\
Preferences:
- Open Registry Editor by pressing Windows key + R on your keyboard then type in regedit
- Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then SOFTWARE. Find and delete the Monogram folder.
