Remove Monogram Creator Preferences and Application Data

In some situations, these files may not be removed automatically when you uninstall Monogram Creator. You can remove them manually. 

macOS

1. Go to Finder, press Shift+Command+G, then go to ~/Library/Application Support/Monogram/ and delete all of its contents. (This directory contains Profiles and general storage): 
2. Go to ~/Library/Preferences/  to find and delete com.monogramcc.Creator.plist (This file contains some application data. The preferences file may have a different name if you installed Monogram Creator Beta or Alpha.)
3. Restart your Mac

For advanced users, you can run `killall -9 cfprefsd` to restart the preference daemon in lieu of restarting. 

Windows

Profiles and general storage (delete this entire folder): %localappdata%\Monogram\

Preferences: 

1. Open Registry Editor by pressing Windows key + R on your keyboard then type in regedit
2. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then SOFTWARE. Find and delete the Monogram folder.
