Referral Program

Q: Who is eligible for the program? 

A: All Monogram Owners are eligible to earn cash and give incentives to friends with the Monogram Referral Program. If you are not an owner and are interested in joining the program please contact us at support@monogramcc.com. If you reside in Russia, Ukraine or Turkey, unfortunately you are ineligible for this program due to restrictions with Paypal. 

Q: What can I earn?

A: When you refer someone who purchases at Monogram using your unique link you will receive $40 USD cash sent via Paypal. There is no limit as to how many people you can refer or how much money you can make. When you refer, we both win!

Q: How long until my reward? 

A: Please allow 30 days for us to validate the purchase before your rewards are paid out. If the person you referred cancels their order you will receive an email indicating that you are no longer eligible for this specific referral reward. 

Q: Do I need a paypal account to receive the reward? 

A: Yes, payments can only be delivered via Paypal so you will need an account in order to receive your reward. Don’t worry, you can always create a Paypal account after you have referred someone and the reward email has been sent to you. You can start sharing your link as soon as you sign up.

Q: I’m a creator/influencer, can we work together to create a specific program?

A: Please reach out to us at support@monogramcc.com. 

Q: Where can I see my progress towards rewards? 

A: Simply head to the initial signup page you received via email and enter your email to sign in and see your progress. You won’t see your rewards until we have reviewed the purchase. Check back on your account within 7 days to see your referred purchases. As mentioned above, payment are paid typically within a 30 day period.
