Monogram Compatibility with Older macOS Versions

About macOS versions

Monogram Creator is designed to be compatible with the macOS versions currently supported by Apple.

When Apple stops supporting a particular macOS version, Monogram Creator may not work correctly on that macOS. We are also no longer available to provide support for issues on your Mac. 

In some cases, we may provide a legacy release of Monogram Creator to help you migrate to newer macOS versions.

What do I need to do?

If your macOS version is not supported by Monogram Creator, we recommend you update to the latest macOS.

If updating your macOS to a supported version is not possible, we recommend:

• Do not update your existing installation of Monogram Creator
• If there is a Monogram Creator (Legacy) download available for your macOS version, you may be able to use Monogram Creator (Legacy)

How to use Monogram Creator (Legacy)

1. In your existing Monogram Creator installation, launch maintenancetool.app
2. Click on Remove all components and then click Next to continue
3. Your Monogram Creator install should be removed automatically 
4. Download Monogram Creator (Legacy)
5. Install Monogram Creator (Legacy)

Please note that Monogram Creator (Legacy) do not receive bug fixes, updates, or ongoing support. We kindly advise that the availability of the download for Monogram Creator (Legacy) may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
