Since the update to Premiere Pro 15.0, there have been some issues for users with third-party plugins (such as Monogram). If Premiere Pro is crashing, or your console is not responsive, please follow these steps:
MacOS:
- Navigate to “/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/ControlSurface” .To get to this location, run Finder and open the Go menu. Click on “Go to Folder...” and copy & paste the following path: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/ControlSurface
- Move “Monogram Control Surface Plugin.bundle” to “/Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro 2021/Adobe Premiere Pro 2021.app/Contents/Plug-Ins/ControlSurface” *
- Restart Premiere Pro
- Open Premiere, in the top bar: Premiere Pro->Preferences->Control Surface
- If Monogram is not listed, click Add->Device Class drop down->Monogram
- Click Ok
- Restart Premiere Pro again if your console is not responding
Windows:
- Navigate to “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\ControlSurface”.To get to this folder, open the Computer folder and copy & paste the following path into the address bar: “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\ControlSurface
- Move “Monogram Control Surface Plugin.acsrf” to “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2021\Plug-Ins\ControlSurface”
- Restart Premiere
- Open Premiere, Edit->Preferences->Control Surface
- If Monogram is not listed, click Add->Device Class drop down->Monogram
- Click Ok
- Restart Premiere Pro again if your console is not responding
