If you see the following message:
There was an error during the update process!
Please restart PaletteApp and try again."
This is an indication that a firmware update or screen update failed. Please select "Update" a second time if prompted, or return to the main update menu by selecting Help > Palette Updates in the app.
If the update process fails repeatedly, then try the update again after following these processes:
1) Use a USB 3.0+ port. Always connect directly to your host machine.
2) Remove all dials, sliders, and buttons, leaving only the core.
3) Use a different USB cable.
