Your Palette screen may display a white square or distorted images if the screen pack is out of date or corrupted.
To fix this, update the screen images:
- Connect your Palette core directly to a USB port on your computer before resetting the screen; do not connect through a USB hub or other peripheral.
- Select Help from the menu bar, then click on Palette Updates.
- Select Reset Palette Screen.
- Remove all modules except for your Palette core (screen) module.
- Select Update.
